About Me
I’m a holistic practitioner, sound facilitator, and coach devoted to supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner clarity. My work weaves together Reiki Mastery, Mind-Body Eating Psychology, somatic-based embodiment, and sound as a tool for regulation and awareness.
At the heart of my work is an understanding that we are not fixed, we are constantly moving between states, much like wave and form, expansion and contraction. Through practices such as meditation, breath, embodiment, and sound, I support people to come back into their natural rhythm, regulate their internal frequency, and reconnect with the subtle language of the body. This becomes a bridge, not something to analyse, but something to feel, allowing shifts to occur beyond the thinking mind and into direct experience.
I support people in processing unresolved emotional experiences, untangling inherited relational patterns, and challenging outdated beliefs that no longer serve them. Together, we restore a sense of safety within the body, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with authentic self-expression, moving from disconnection and survival into self-awareness, confidence, and embodied presence. Through this work, people are supported to live with greater clarity, resilience, and a deeper trust in themselves.
Services
Nervous System, Sound & Energy Alignment
Our thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and bodies are deeply interconnected. Stress, overwhelm, trauma, illness, and life experiences can create patterns of tension, dysregulation, and disconnection within the body and mind.
Each session begins with a gentle conversation to explore where you may be feeling out of balance physically, emotionally, mentally, or energetically. This creates a bridge into the session, supporting awareness, intention, and a deeper connection to what may be asking to be seen or supported.
Drawing on energy therapy, somatic awareness, meditation, breath, and sound-based practices, these sessions support the body and nervous system to move beyond constant “doing” and into deeper states of regulation, presence, and awareness.
Benefits may include:
- Nervous system regulation and relaxation
- Greater mental clarity, stress reduction and presence
- Deeper embodied awareness and self-connection
- Restored balance, flow, and vitality
- Increased clarity around patterns, emotions, and behaviours
- Support for meditation and mindfulness practices
- Support with emotional processing and self-expression
Body-Mind Eating Psychology
Body-Mind Eating Psychology is a trauma-informed, somatic approach that goes beyond dieting or willpower. It helps you explore how food choices reflect your inner state and supports the release of emotional and cognitive blocks that influence eating habits.
Through this work, you develop mindful awareness, learn to recognise physiological cues like hunger and fullness, and uncover the emotional and cognitive barriers that have shaped your eating habits. By strengthening self-compassion and reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, you’re supported to make nourishment choices that genuinely align with your wellbeing — with greater ease and clarity.
This approach is for you if you:
-
Often eat in response to stress, anxiety, sadness, or other emotions rather than physiological hunger.
-
Struggle with cravings, binge patterns, or feel controlled by food.
-
Have tried traditional diets or approaches without lasting connection or insight.
-
Are ready to explore how your eating patterns reflect emotional experiences, beliefs, or inherited habits.
-
Want to develop a mindful, compassionate, and embodied relationship with food and your body.
A new experience is emerging — stay tuned for what’s coming next.
